Your First Visit!
Look for the area designated for first-time families. We will meet your family, check your child into our database system, and one of our volunteers will lead your child to their age-appropriate room.
We will ask for the following personal information: family members' names, children’s names and birthdates, address, phone number, and any special instructions (allergies, special needs) for your child.
How Check-In Works
Our check-in team will check your kids in. You and your child will be given matching identification tags that are exclusive to your family and your visit. Your child will need to wear the name tag portion while you keep the check out slip. After the service, you will return to your child’s room and show your tag in order for your child to be released back to you.
For ExplorRoars are Kruzers you have an option to obtain a pager upon request. In the event we need to contact you, we will buzz the pager and we ask that you exit the auditorium and look for a staff member or volunteer who will direct you to your child’s room.
When picking up or dropping off your child, informational Parent Cues will be available. We provide these for you to review with your child at home throughout the week. Our goal is that the Parent Cues will help you and your child maintain the lessons learned and have good discussion topics.
