About Us
History
Crossroads began in January 1985 with several couples meeting for Bible studyon Sunday evenings. The founders were people from Ventura Missionary Church and Calvary Community Church in Westlake Village. This group began with a deep commitment to do something new and fresh to introduce people to a relationship with Jesus Christ. The first public service was held on Easter Sunday of 1985 in a local community center. Crossroads has always had a commitment to provide dynamic music, relevant Bible teaching and friendly people. In the summer of 2008 we moved to our current location near the Camarillo Outlet Mall. After experiencing steady growth we recently added a 3rd Sunday morning service.

Future
We look back over the past few years with a sense of excitement and sometimes bewilderment at what God has done in our church family. We are looking to the future in great anticipation of what is to come. As more people are drawn to Crossroads, they bring their own God-given passions and ideas which translate to new opportunities to serve our growing community. Our desire is that Crossroads will continue to be a place of hope and healing, where people from all walks of life discover their real God-given purpose. We look foward to seeing how God puts all of that in place as we take this journey together.
What We Believe
At Crossroads, we believe true happiness begins when we realize how much the Creator of the universe loves us and desires an intimate relationship with us.
- We believe in the Bible. In it contains the words from God, written by man through God's inspiration.
- We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God. He died for our sins, rose from the dead, and will return again, as predicted to claim each of us who have a personal relationship with Him.
- We believe the Bible contains all the guidelines needed for fulfillment and integrity. It gives us direction for dating, marriage and raising children. It gives hope to those who have suffered through divorce and other traumatic experiences helping them put their lives back together again. It tells us how to get along at work, school and home. It shows us how to live a life of joy and purpose.
- We believe in one God, creator of all things, infinitely perfect, all knowing and eternally existing in three persons - God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit.
We invite you to join us as we put these principles to work in our lives and have some fun along the way.

Everyone! We welcome people with assorted church backgrounds as well as those who are just seeking answers. Our style is casual, our music is dynamic, and our messages are designed to make a difference in daily life.
